Five years in health, rehab, and fitness taught me one thing—most people don’t need to push harder, they need to move differently.

I’ve worked with everyone from athletes to creatives to people in chronic pain. No matter the background, the same problem shows up: your mind and body aren’t separate, and treating them that way keeps you stuck.

I started Chiron Mind+Body for people who:
